Ứng dụng SPN Connect do EPIS Corporation JSC phát triển và phát hành, thuộc giải pháp SPN (School-Parent Network) — sổ liên lạc điện tử, cầu nối giữa phụ huynh và nhà trường. Các trường học và cơ sở giáo dục có thể sử dụng giải pháp của EPIS thông qua hợp đồng cung cấp dịch vụ, hợp đồng triển khai hoặc thỏa thuận hợp tác chính thức với EPIS. Ứng dụng dành cho phụ huynh (không dành cho học sinh sử dụng trực tiếp) và đội ngũ giáo viên, cán bộ quản lý của nhà trường.

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Dữ liệu được thu thập thông qua ứng dụng SPN Connect theo thỏa thuận bằng văn bản giữa nhà trường/cơ sở giáo dục với phụ huynh và học sinh, bao gồm:

• Thông tin tài khoản: tên đăng nhập, họ tên, ảnh đại diện, lớp/khóa học liên quan. Tài khoản do nhà trường cấp cho phụ huynh và giáo viên — ứng dụng không cho phép tự đăng ký tài khoản mới.
• Dữ liệu học tập của học sinh: điểm số, chuyên cần, bài tập, lịch học, xếp hạng trong lớp — do nhà trường quản lý và hiển thị cho phụ huynh của chính học sinh đó.
• Tin nhắn: nội dung trao đổi giữa phụ huynh và giáo viên trong ứng dụng.
• Mã thiết bị nhận thông báo (push token): dùng để gửi thông báo đẩy tới thiết bị của bạn.

2. Mục đích sử dụng

Dữ liệu chỉ được dùng để cung cấp các tính năng của ứng dụng: hiển thị kết quả học tập và chuyên cần của học sinh cho phụ huynh, gửi thông báo về điểm số/lịch học/tin nhắn mới, và kết nối liên lạc giữa gia đình với nhà trường. Chúng tôi không sử dụng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo và không bán dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba.

3. Lưu trữ và chia sẻ

• Dữ liệu được lưu trữ trên máy chủ hệ thống SPN của EPIS theo thỏa thuận với khách hàng (nhà trường/cơ sở giáo dục), truyền qua kết nối mã hóa HTTPS.
• Thông báo đẩy được chuyển qua dịch vụ Expo Push, Apple Push Notification service (iOS) và Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android). Các dịch vụ này chỉ nhận nội dung thông báo và mã thiết bị, không nhận dữ liệu học tập.
• Phiên đăng nhập được lưu an toàn trên thiết bị của bạn (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).

4. Dữ liệu trẻ em

Ứng dụng dành cho phụ huynh, không dành cho học sinh sử dụng. Dữ liệu học tập của học sinh do nhà trường quản lý và chỉ được hiển thị cho phụ huynh của chính học sinh đó cùng giáo viên phụ trách, trong khuôn khổ thỏa thuận giữa nhà trường và gia đình.

5. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có quyền yêu cầu xem, sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu cá nhân của mình (bao gồm xóa tài khoản) bằng cách liên hệ nhà trường nơi con bạn theo học, hoặc gửi email tới info@epis.vn. Đăng xuất khỏi ứng dụng sẽ xóa phiên đăng nhập và ngừng nhận thông báo đẩy trên thiết bị đó.

The SPN Connect app is developed and published by EPIS Corporation JSC as part of the SPN (School-Parent Network) solution — an electronic contact book that bridges parents and schools. Schools and educational institutions may use EPIS's solution through an official service-provision contract, implementation contract, or partnership agreement with EPIS. The app is intended for parents (it is not used by students directly) and for the school's teachers and administrative staff.

1. Data we collect

Data is collected through the SPN Connect app in accordance with the written agreement between the school/educational institution and the parents and students, and includes:

• Account information: username, full name, avatar, and the related classes/courses. Accounts are provisioned by the school for parents and teachers — the app offers no self-registration.
• Student academic data: grades, attendance, assignments, schedules and class rankings — managed by the school and shown to the parents of that student.
• Messages: the content of conversations between parents and teachers within the app.
• Push notification token: a device identifier used to deliver push notifications to your device.

2. How the data is used

Data is used solely to provide the app's features: showing a student's academic results and attendance to their parents, sending notifications about new grades, schedules and messages, and connecting families with the school. We do not use the data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.

3. Storage and sharing

• Data is stored on the servers of EPIS's SPN system in accordance with the agreement with the customer (the school/educational institution), transferred over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Push notifications are delivered via the Expo Push service, Apple Push Notification service (iOS) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android). These services receive only the notification content and the device token — never academic data.
• Your login session is stored securely on your device (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).

4. Children's data

The app is used by parents, not by students. Student academic data is managed by the school and is shown only to that student's own parents and the teachers in charge, within the framework of the agreement between the school and the family.

5. Your rights

You may request to view, correct or delete your personal data (including account deletion) by contacting the school your child attends, or by emailing info@epis.vn. Signing out of the app removes the login session and stops push notifications on that device.
